Charlotte from… She forgot to tell us, but that is okay; let us know next time… She needs a new recipe for sweet potato pie…



  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Nutmeg
  • 3 TBS A.P. Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 9 Inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Procedure:  Wrap the potatoes in tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes.  Once they are cooked, let cook and peel the skin and place in a large mixing bowl.  Using a hand mixer, mash potatoes and place in all ingredients (except the pie crust, of course) and mix well.  Once combined, pour in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  Take out and cool completely.  Enjoy!
