- 2 Cups jasmine rice
- 3 Cups water
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/4 Cup chili paste
- 1 TBS chili oil
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- Ahi tuna
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Crab Meat
- Tobiko caviar
Procedure: In a pot put jasmine rice and water together and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
After the 20 minutes is up, take off the burner and let stand for an additional 10 minutes.
Take off cover and fork.
Prepare all other ingredients to desired cuts and sizes.
Place the nori on the bamboo board and lay down jasmine rice.
Be sure to keep hands wet, this ensures the rice will not stick to your fingers.
Then lay down desired ingredients one inch the bottom of the nori sheet.
Roll up the sushi roll tight using the bamboo board.
Slice 1/2 inch thick and serve with soy and wasabi.
