Kim of Detroit, Michigan needs some serious help as she escapes old habits and ingredients while making chicken salad.

  • 2 8 Ounce chicken breast
  • 2 Celery stalks chopped
  • 1/2 Medium red onion chopped
  • 1 TSP garlic
  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup golden currants
  • 1/4 Cup pistachios
  • Seasoning salt & pepper to taste

Procedure: Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill until done.

Chop chicken and cool before adding ingredients.

Once cool in a large bowl add in all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
