Kim of Detroit, Michigan needs some serious help as she escapes old habits and ingredients while making chicken salad.
- 2 8 Ounce chicken breast
- 2 Celery stalks chopped
- 1/2 Medium red onion chopped
- 1 TSP garlic
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup golden currants
- 1/4 Cup pistachios
- Seasoning salt & pepper to taste
Procedure: Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill until done.
Chop chicken and cool before adding ingredients.
Once cool in a large bowl add in all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
