1/4 lb Split chicken breasts, cooked and chilled
1-2 pkg Salad greens
1/4 cup Light bottled Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup Fat free sour cream
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Discard skin and bones from cooked and chilled chicken breasts. Slice or dice chicken and set aside.
Mix salad dressing, fat free sour cream and lime juice together and add to a large mixing bowl with salad greens. Toss.
Divide the dressed salad greens among salad bowls or dinner plates and top with chicken.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each salad and serve.
