John of Kansas City, Missouri not using the right vegetables or flavors in authentic Asian chicken wraps.
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 TBS sesame oil
- 1 TBS montreal seasoning
- 1 TBS garlic
- 1 TBS ginger
- 1 TBS scallions
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Cup cabbage mix
- ¼ Cup plum sauce
- 1 TBS chiffonade basil
- 1 TBS chopped cilantro
- Few drops of fish sauce
- 8 Leaves of butter leaf lettuce
- 1 cucumber
In a hot skillet add in sesame oil and sauté chicken breasts until done and then set aside.
In the same pan add in more sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger. Add in red pepper, cabbage, herbs, and sauces.
Cook until cabbage is wilted. Combine chicken and vegetable mix and place in a butter leaf lettuce cup.
Add sliced cucumbers and roll of the lettuce cup.
