- 2 Avocados
- 6 Ounces chopped tomatoes
- 1 Ounce chopped red onion
- 1 Serrano pepper
- 1 Ounce lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure: Peel and pit the avocados then pass them through a food mill or a wide cut strainer. Fold in all other ingredients and be sure not to mash so the ingredients remain whole and chunky. Enjoy!
