  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 Cup Julienne Red Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Julienne Yellow Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Julienne Orange Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Julienne Yellow Onions
  • Variable Amount: Prosucitto Ham
  • Variable Amount: Capicola Ham
  • Variable Amount: Genoa Salami
  • Variable Amount: Pepperoni
  • 1 Cup Blended Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese
  • 2 TBS Fresh Basil
  • 1 TBS Fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Egg Wash

  • 1 Ounce Water
  • 1 Egg Yolk


Pizza Dough


Roasted Garlic



Procedure: In a hot skillet cook off italian sausage, be sure to remove casing.  Once cooked set the sausage aside and in the same pan caramelize the peppers and onions.  In the mean time roll out your pizza dough and spread the roasted garlic all over the dough.  Next simply place all ingredients inside of the dough,  leaving a 1-2 inch gap between all the ingredients and the edge of the pizza dough.  Make the egg wash and brush it all over the gap between the ingredients and the edge of the dough.  Roll it up very tight and be sure to pinch the edges.  Brush the top with egg wash and on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and non-stick spray bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  After it is cooked sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.  Slice and serve hot!   Enjoy!
