Sugar Free Pickling
Doris has a wonderful pickling recipe, but recently needs it to be sugar free....

FIXED RECIPE
- 4 Cups White Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Splenda
- 1 TBS Celery Seed
- 1 TBS Corriander Seed
- 1 TBS Mustard Seed
- 1 TBS All Spice Berries
- 1 TBS Whole Black Pepper Corns
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 TSP Cardamom
- 1 TSP Chili Flakes
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
- 6 Pickling Pickles
Procedure: Place all ingredients besides pickles in a large pot and bring to a boil. In the mean time place pickles in a mason jar that has been sterilized. Once the mixture is boiling pour over the pickles in the mason jar all the way to the top and seal it and let it cool to room temperature before placing it in the cooler over night. Cure for at least 1 night. Serve cold!
