The Juiciest Italian Meatballs of All Time

JoAnne forgot to tell us where she is from, but her meatballs are turning into the same consistency as golfballs... Big problem...

  • 3 TBS Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Onions
  • 4 Ounce Butter
  • 3/4 Pound Ground Pork
  • 3/4 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 TBS Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 TBS Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Procedure:  In a skillet caramelize onions and garlic in 1 TBS of olive oil.  Once cooked add in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients with out the remaining 3 TBS of olive oil.  Make sure ingredients are very well combined, then roll them into golf ball sized balls and saute in the 3 TBS olive oil until golden brown and finish in oven on 305 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Serve warm and enjoy!
