FIXED RECIPE

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings

Sauce # 1

  • 1 Cup Frank's Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Nando's Peri-Peri Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Ounces of Unsalted Butter

Sauce # 2

  • 1/2 Cup Srirachi Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Garlic Chili Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 Ounces of Unsalted Butter

Procedure:  On a sheet pan sprayed with a non-stick lubricant lay down the chicken wings, season with salt and pepper and bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  While in the oven, grab two different sauce pans and in each pan combine all the ingredients to their respected sauce recipes without the butter.  Heat both pans up on medium heat and stir in 4 ounces of butter to each sauce.  Once combined and wings are cooked, poor sauce on wings and enjoy!
