Roasted Garlic and Ginger Asian Style Brown Sauce

FIXED RECIPE
- 1 TBS Sesame Oil
- 1 TBS Fresh Chopped Garlic
- 1 TBS Fresh Chopped Ginger
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/4 Cup Plum Sauce
- 2 TBS Hoison Sauce
- 1 TSp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 TBS Fresh Cut Cilantro
- 4 Ounces Stir Fry Noodles
Procedure: In a hot skillet with sesame oil caramelize the ginger and garlic. Once cooked add in all other ingredients except the noodles and reduce in half on medium-high heat. In boiling water cook the noodles and once the sauce has reduced add the noodles to the sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
