Chicken Caesar Salad with Garlic Bread

1 ¼ lb Split chicken breasts, cooked and chilled
1-2 pkg Salad greens
¼ cup Light bottled Caesar salad dressing
¼ cup Fat free sour cream
1 Lime, juiced
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
| PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS |
| (Prep Time:20 minutes, Total Time:20 minutes) |
| 1. Discard skin and bones from cooked and chilled chicken breasts. Slice or dice chicken and set aside. |
| 2. Mix salad dressing, fat free sour cream and lime juice together and add to a large mixing bowl with salad greens. Toss. |
| 3. Divide the dressed salad greens among salad bowls or dinner plates and top with chicken. |
| 4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each salad and serve. |
| 5. Finish your meal by adding whole grain garlic bread. Spread thin slices of whole grain bread lightly with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake face-up or wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven until hot and crispy. |
