Homemade Herb Croutons

  • 1 Loaf fresh french bread
  • 1 TSP dry basil
  • 1 TSP dry oregano
  • 1 TSP dry thyme
  • 1 TSP dry rosemary
  • 1 TSP dry parsley
  • 1 TSP garlic powder
  • 1 TSP onion powder
  • 3 TBS shaved parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:  With a bread knife, cut off the crust of the French bread and cut into  1 inch squares.   Place bread in a mixing bowl and sprinkle on all herbs and seasonings.  Drizzle olive oil and make sure all croutons are coated with herbs, cheese and olive oil.  Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
