Grilled Ahi Tuna Salad

FIXED RECIPE
- 12 Ounce Fresh Ahi Tuna Steak
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Chopped Hard Boiled Egg
- 1 Chopped pickle Spear
- 1 TBS Chopped Capers
- 1 TBS Chopped Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 TBS Yellow Mustard
- Seasoning Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Tabasco To Taste
- Lea & Perrins To Taste
Procedure: Prepare hard boiled egg following video instructions. Season tuna steak with salt and pepper, grill until medium-well in temperature and cool completely. Next chop all vegetables and egg accordingly and add in a large mixing bowl. Once tuna is cooled chop up and add to vegetable mixture. Add in mayo, mustard and adjust seasonings. Serve cool, plain or on toast. Enjoy!
