Grilled Ahi Tuna Salad

  • 12 Ounce Fresh Ahi Tuna Steak
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Chopped Hard Boiled Egg
  • 1 Chopped pickle Spear
  • 1 TBS Chopped Capers
  • 1 TBS Chopped Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Yellow Mustard
  • Seasoning Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • Tabasco To Taste
  • Lea & Perrins To Taste

Procedure:  Prepare hard boiled egg following video instructions.  Season tuna steak with salt and pepper, grill until medium-well in temperature and cool completely.  Next chop all vegetables and egg accordingly and add in a large mixing bowl.  Once tuna is cooled chop up and add to vegetable mixture. Add in mayo, mustard and adjust seasonings.  Serve cool, plain or on toast.  Enjoy!
