Homemade Macaroni and 5 Cheese

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 3 TBS Garlic
  • 1 Cup Red Onions
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Ounces Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup White Cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup Asiago
  • 1/2 Cup Provolone
  • 1/2 Cup Jack
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Salt, Pepper, & Paprika To Taste

Procedure: In a sauce pan add in olive oil and carmelize garlic and onions.  Add in cream and reduce by a fourth.  Shred all cheese and whisk into cream mixture.  Adjust seasonings with salt, pepper, and paprika.  Boil noodles until al dente and place into a souffle dish.  Poor cream and cheese mixture over noodles.  Cover top of souffle dish with panko bread crumbs.  Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Enjoy!
