Hickory Smoked Barbecue Ribs
Someone wrote me a long time ago asking how to make ribs. Well I was waiting to get outside to grill and NOW the time has come. Enjoy this video, these things were nothing short of AMAZING!

- 2 All Pork Full Racks of Ribs
- Hickory Wood Chips
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup of the Dry Rub Recipe

BBQ Sauce of Your Choice To Coat
Procedure: Remove tissue from the bottom part of the rack and discard. Next rub down the rack on all sides using the rub recipe. Next smoke using hickory chips. If you do not have a smoker place some chips in with the coals to grasp a hickory flavor. Be sure to not make a large fire as you only want to smoke, you do not want to cook. To get smokey flavor, smoke for at least 1 hour. Next turn the grill on, baste the ribs with the barbecue sauce of your liking and grill until the ribs are completely cooked. Should take 8 minutes on each side. Cut and enjoy!
