FIXED RECIPE
- Chicken legs and thighs
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 TBS cayenne
- 1 TBS paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups bread crumbs (optional corn flakes)
- 2 TBS parsley
- 2 TBS garlic powder
- 2 TBS onion powder
- 11/2 Cups vegetable oil
Procedure: Mix together in a bowl flour, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl mix milk and eggs. In another separate bowl mix together bread crumbs, parsley, onion, and garlic powder. Bread chicken appropriately using the standard breading procedure. Dredge in flour, then milk/egg wash, then coat completely in bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Finish in the over on 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy
