Key Lime Pie

  • 16 Crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ Pound soft butter
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 14 Ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ Cup Key West key limejuice
  • 2 TBS lime rind


Procedure: To make the crust mix together graham crackers, butter and sugar until all the ingredients are completely combined. Mold the mixture to a 9inch pie tin.  Par bake the pie shell for 10-12 minutes on 350 degrees.  For the filling mix together egg yolks, milk, limejuice, and lime rind and poor the filling into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for roughly 20 minutes.  Cool it by letting it stand in the cooler for at least one hour.  Enjoy!
