  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 16 Ounces Mascarpone Cheese
  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Frangelico
  • 1/4 Cup Khulua
  • 6 Ounces Espresso
  • Lady Fingers

Procedure:  Whip egg whites until stiff peaks are formed and set aside.  Next in a mixing bowl mix together cheese, egg yolks and sugar until well combined.  Fold in the cheese mixture to the egg whites and set aside.  Next add in the frangelico and khulua to the espresso and dip the lady fingers on each side taking care not to submerge them and placing them in a row in a third pan.  Once the lady fingers have completely covered the bottom of the pan add the cheese egg white mixture and spread evenly.  Finish with lady fingers being dipped in the liquor espresso mixture and place on top, in a row completely covering the cheese mixture.  Let completely cool and serve cold. Enjoy!
