Zabaglione
Cartez of Indianapolis, Indiana wants to make zabaglione so he can eat it as a custard, but is not sure what ingredients to add..

FIXED RECIPE
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- Rind of 1 lemon
- 1/4 TSP vanilla
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup sweet marsala
- 3/4 Cup heavy cream
Procedure: Add all ingredients except heavy cream into a mixing bowl and wisk over a double boiler until it triples in size. Remove from heat once it is very frothy, and chill. In a mixing bowl whip heavy cream to form stiff peaks. Fold in cream to zabaglione. Enjoy!
