Buttermilk Biscuits

FIXED RECIPE
- 2 Cups A.P. Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 4 Ounces Cold Butter
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- Melted Butter To Taste
Procedure: Sift together all dry ingredients and whisk to combine. Cut in butter until it is the size of rice. Add in buttermilk in 3 separate batches and make sure it is completely combined but take care to not over work. On a lightly floured surface roll dough until no less then 1 inch thick. Using a cookie cutter or glass, form buttermilk biscuits and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and glaze with melted butter. Put in the oven on 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or golden brown. Enjoy!
