- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cups Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla
- Rind of 1 Half Orange
- 1 OZ Butter
- Brioche Bread (Alternative Challah Bread)
Procedure: Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. In a skillet on medium high heat melt butter until foamy. Dip brioche bread in mixture and sear in pan to a golden brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
